L’asilo nido in progetto consiste in una struttura organizzata al suo interno, atta ad accogliere fino a 40 bambini. Il gruppo di bambini è suddiviso in lattanti, per un numero di 10, al di sotto di un anno di età, e divezzi, per un numero di 30, maggiori di un anno. Gli spazi destinati dalla Servizi Interbancari ad accogliere l’asilo nido si trovano al primo piano di un edificio esistente interamente occupato dalla Società; l’ala prospiciente Corso Sempione al momento utilizzata solo in parte, ma in buono stato di conservazione, è costituita da un open-space e alcuni spazi minori suddivisi da pareti mobili, dotata di impianto elettrico e di condizionamento, e due blocchi servizi igienici nelle immediate vicinanze.Il progetto, pertanto, intende utilizzare al meglio gli spazi esistenti, in accordo con i parametri normativi, limitando il più possibile le opere di risistemazione all’eventuale adeguamento degli impianti e alla suddivisione e alle finiture dei locali che ospiteranno la nuova attività.
